Thierry Lataste

Thierry (Alain) Lataste is a civil servant French born the January 31st 1954 with Talence (the Gironde). Graduate of the Institute of political studies of Paris, of the National university of the street of Ulm and the National school of administration (promotion Henri François d' Aguesseau).
