Thieri Foulc , born in 1943 with Tataouine. Artist not-painter (textile art, joining, engraving), writer and editor. With undertaken not-to paint and write “a table per day”. Cofounder of the Oupeinpo in 1980. General Provéditeur-editor of the College of' Pataphysique.
