The Thielbek was a cargo liner of 2.815 barrels run with the Cape Arcona and the Deutschland by RAF the May 3rd 1945 in bay of Lübeck with a loss of 2.750 lives. The victims were deportees coming from Dora and Neuengamme.

In 1949, the ship was reinflated, repaired, then begun again the service under the name of Reinbek . In 1961, the company Knöhr & Burchard , which made it sail under Panamanian house , sold it. It was dismounted in 1974 in the shipyard of Split, from where 49 bodies were finally withdrawn then sent to the cemetery of Lübeck.
