Synopsis

The Pipe cleaner (Jacques Villeret), a mysterious and imperceptible being, circulates in the sewers and the subway. It has just assassinated its fourth gangster. The Bart inspector is completely disorientated: who is the Pipe cleaner? A modest metal worker hoping to make fortune, a being without relief which a member of the Underworld thinks to control. But is the Pipe cleaner it controllable?
