Theodore de Mopsueste
Theodore, bishop of Mopsueste in Cilicie, 392 to 428. He was condemned for his opinions heretics to the council of the Three chapters (553). He will influence the thought of Nestorius.
Among its preserved works, mainly into syriaque, let us quote the catechetic Homélies , translated by R. Tonneau (& R. Devreesse for the facsimile of a manuscript) in the collection Studi E testi , vol. 145, Rome, 1949.
