Theater of the Innovations
There was several theaters of the Innovations to Paris.
1827-1832
The first theater of the Innovations was located Place of the Stock Exchange, in the 2 {{E}} district. It was inaugurated on March 1st 1827 and lodged the spectacles of the Op3era Comique (Berlioz was there chorus-singer a few months) and of the satirical and political parts. Incompetent to face prohibitions of the censure, the theater must close his doors in 1832.
1866
In 1866, another and transitory theater of the Innovations is established Rue of the Suburb Saint Martin's day, in the 10 {{E}} district. It burns eight month after its opening.
1878-1911
Then, on June 12th 1878, on the Boulevard of the Italians, in the 2 {{E}} district, took place the inauguration of the theater of the Innovations founded by Jules Brasseur, which had been actor during more than twenty years to the Palais Royal, in collaboration with Mrs. Michaux, director of the royal Théâtre of the Park to Brussels.This theater had been built on the site of a theater, the Imagination-Parisian , entirely demolished to leave the place to a room more practical and decorated carefully, until its demolition in 1911, to bore the Rue of the Italians.
1921
Lastly, the current theater of the Innovations is established to the 24, Boulevard Poissonnière, in the 9 {{E}} district, in 1921, built under the impulse of Benoit-Leon Deutsch who remains about it the director with the collaboration of Gilbert Dupé. This one succeeds to him in 1961, until in 1973 where Denise Black-Chantegris takes the changing.
