The Theales are an order of plants Dicotylédone S. In Classification of Cronquist (1981) it includes/understands the 18 following families:

Médusagynacées
Ochnacées
Oncothécacées
Paracryphiacées
Pelliciéracées
Pentaphylacacées
Quiinacées
Sarcolaénacées
Scytopétalacées
Sphaérosépalacées
Tétraméristacées
Théacées, family of the Tea plant

For the phylogenetic classification this order does not exist. Certain families, like Théacées, are then placed among the Ericales .
