Synopsis
Marie, a prostitute of Marseilles, visits, very moved, with her Simon son whom she did not see for a long time and of which she entrusted the guard to Gilles, a shepherd of the countryside of Provence. Simon, old now of a dozen years, idealizes his mother of which he is unaware of the profession. Marie, judging that it is now sufficiently well installed to take her child in load, brings back it with it. But after the euphoria of the first days, Simon is not long in discovering the activities of his mother and with déchanter more especially as it was amourachée of Paul, a doubtful individual and pleutre that Simon starts to hate, which creates dissensions between the mother plugged by the love and the son, clear-sighted. In order to escape the family noxious medium, Simon, attracted by the sea, starts to attend the port and sympathizes with Francois, a captain in the merchant navy… This one, distinguishing it Malayan and the insulation of the kid, the recruiting as foams while Marie will be trained in the middle of a drama because of Paul misled in a sordid business of counterfeit bills…
