The second work

In Architecture and construction, the the second work or work light is what is not Carcass work heavy castings providing the structure of the work. I.e. all that does not contribute to the resumption of the permanent efforts undergone (loads received by construction and its actual weight) or temporary efforts (wind, earth tremors): what does not contribute to solidity, with the stability of the building. The second work is judicious to have one lifespan lower than that of the structure and it is usually necessary to proceed regularly to its restoration during time (a wear except structure).
