The red Hood (Chanel)

the red Hood is a advertizing film combining mystery, humor and seduction carried out by Luc Besson in 1998. Within the framework of the new countryside for the N°5 from Chanel imagined by Jacques Helleu, the artistic director of Chanel, the scenario was put in drawing by Milo Manara.

The publicity, which refers to the universally known history of the Little Red Riding Hood, was carried out in the studios of Cinecittà to Rome during four days during which 70 people have work. The decorations carried out by Patrice Garcia according to the drawings of Manara extended on 80 meters from length and 10 meters in height.

The red Hood is incarnated by the actress Estella Warren equipped by Karl Lagerfeld. She incarnates an image of the Little Red Riding Hood approaching that imagined by Tex Avery, in particular in the famous Red Hot Riding Hood .

Synopsis
