the parents clink glasses , is the second episode of the thirteenth season of the televised series Simpson.

Synopsis

Homer Simpson deposits Milhouse and Bart with the school but, in the middle of the way, it crosses a truck which it must continue if it wants to gain 50$. It thus releases the two children delivered to them even. In the course of road, Bart and its accomplice find the car of Clancy Wiggum parked in front of the bar with Donut. Bart gets into the vehicle and is immediately followed by Milhouse, but surprised by the dog of Wiggum, Bart presses inadvertently on the accelerator and starts Clancy and his/her colleague will continue the two unhappy ones into the countryside and will stop them.

With the court, the examining magistrate laxist Milhouse release easily but at the time or he pronounces the official sentence favorable to Bart, terrible judge Constance Harm arrives and condemns the young boy to be attached by cord to his father. But when Marge decides to make love with Homer, it cuts the cord with a dagger, which is worth to him to be condemned it also to be whipped with Homer by the motorists. After all undergone humiliations, the Simpson couple thus decides to be avenged by sticking a whimsical streamer on its boat (which is also its residence). But surprised by the otary of the latter, Homer launches a brick of breeze block on its boat which runs. The following day, at the time of the audience, whereas it is on the point of condemning the couple then Bart to 5 years of prison, the first judge returns from holidays and discharges finally Homer, Marge and Bart to the great displeasure of Harm judge.
