The owl
the Owl is a secret organization which would have been installation clandestinely to continue the tracking of the war criminal Nazis, after the official abandonment of this one by Israel in 1960. The same year, the arrest of Adolf Eichmann in Argentine by the Mossad had indeed caused a strong polemic concerning the legality (taking into consideration international law) of the operations of tracking carried out by the Hebrew State.
The existence of the Owl was revealed in 2002 by Dany Baz, former colonel of the Israeli Air force, in its book Neither lapse of memory, nor forgiveness. In the middle of the tracking of the last Nazi . Created during the years 1970, the organization would have been dissolved at the end of the years 1980. Some of its members would have had contacts within the CIA and of FBI. Its chief would have been surviving Concentration camps which would thereafter have made fortune in oil industry with the Texas and Alaska. He would have financed the manhunts by section of 6 million dollars, in connection with the 6 million Jews victims of the Shoah.
According to Dany Baz, the group flushed out and carried out members of the " group of shock 5" , which had massacred the Jews of Balkans, or of former members of the fléchées Croix Hungarian. The members of the Owl also would have captured, judged then carried out the war criminal Nazi Aribert Heim, on the Île of Catalina in 1982. With the publication of the book of Baz, Heim was then regarded as still potentially alive, and is reproduced always on the list of the Opération Last Chance, which aims to the capture and the judgment of the last Nazis still in life all over the world.
