Synopsis

A building, a stage, two tenants: he, Jacques Loursier is president of the U.R.A.F (Union and Resistance Anti-Woman); she, Eliane Cahuzac is president of Association For the Triumph and the Independence Of the Woman: (a.P.T.I.D.L.F). Being unaware of itself until there, a cold war engages between the two parts. An attempt at conciliation fails then, after moultes adventures, the love triumphs.
