The inter-commune Community of the north of the Meeting
The inter-commune Communauté of the north of the Meeting ( Cinor ) is a Communauté of French agglomeration , located in the French department of overseas of the Meeting.
Its president is Maurice Gironcel, Maire of Holy-Suzanne since June 30th, 2006. He succeeds this station with Jean-Louis Lagourgue, mayor of Sainte-Marie.
History
The inter-commune Community of the north of the Meeting was created on January 1st 2001. It succeeds a Communauté of communes covering the same territory created the October 22nd 1997.

Cinor is the structure of inter-commune co-operation the most populated the Meeting after operating burnup.
In 1999, the common ones currently composing the CINOR counted a total of 176 283 inhabitants, without double accounts. In 1990, they counted only 156&thinsp of it; 852, which means an average annual growth rate of 1,3 %.
