Beginnings - 1st part

" So Far… "

Ten years earlier, in 1979, a New Yorkean named David Fishof asked Ringo if it would set out again one day in round. It says yes , took its telephone diary and called some of his/her friends and the concept All Starr had been born .

on March 20th, 1989 Ringo (battery, vocal) announces its comeback for an American round then Japanese with its Band AlStar including/understanding Dr. John (pianist superstar of New-Orleans), Billy Preston, keyboards (ex Beatles! and, in solo), Joe Walsh, guitar (ex James Gang and ex guitarist of the group of country music The Eagles), Clarence Clemons, ex Greg Lake, saxophonist of the E Street Band of " the" " Boss " Bruce Springsteen), the Nile Lofgren guitarist, ex Grin and which had worked with the Crazy Horse of Neil Young and also with the E Street Band), Levon Helm (beater, ex Ronnie Hawkins and The Hawks (1959), ex Levon and The Hawks, ex The Canadian Squires, ex founder of the legendary Canadian group The Band), Rick Danko (bass player of this same group, ex Ronnie Hawkins' band (1961) and Zak Starkey (drums).
This round known under the name of " Turn For All Generations , North American Trek starts the 7/23/1989 in Park Central Amphitheater in Dallas, Texas to be completed in the night of the 3 at the 9/4/1989 in Greek Theater of Los Angeles in California where the concert was filmed.

Note: It is the first time in 13 years which Beatle leaves in round.

the 8/11/1989, Bruce Springsteen joined Ringo Starr on the scene of Garden State Art Center in Holmdel in the New Jersey to interpret there four songs with him which are: Get Back ; Long Tall Sally , Photograph and With has Little help From My Friends .

Ringo Starr And His All-Starr Band starts its round in Japan for one week which begins in Rainbow Hall in Nagoya the 10/30/1989 to finish the next on November 8th in Yokohama Arena with Yokohama, Japan:
