the economic Illusion - Test on the stagnation of the developed companies is a test of Emmanuel Todd published in 1998 with the editions Gallimard.
In this test, Todd tries to show that to the various family models correspond of the distinct types of Capitalisme. A contrast takes shape especially between capitalism Anglo-Saxon, individualistic, consumerist and structurally importer, and the capitalism of the countries with stock family, German, Swedish, Japanese or Korean, collectivist, productivist and structurally exporter.
