The democratic Way

the democratic Way is a Moroccan political movement, claiming Marxism-Leninism, which was recognized only afterwards of the months of flow and backward flow with the authorities for the official authorization.

Constituted in 1995, he proclaims himself like the continuation of the Movement Moroccan Marxist-Leninist (MMLM) and in particular of his main component, the organization Ila Al Amame (Ahead), which militated clandestinely.

Born with beginning of the year 70, the MMLM was victim of a repression plugs autorités ; thousands of militants were imprisoned (ten years of prisons for the majority), others died in the centers of torture (whose Abdellatif Zeroual, one of the founders of Ila Al Amame) or during the hunger strikes started in prison in order to take advantage of their rights (Saïda Menebhi for example), or of others disappeared without the truth on their fate not being known to date.

The militants of the Democratic Way are present in the two main trade unions at Maroc : the Moroccan Union of the workers (UMT), and the democratic Confederation of work (CDT), as well as main associations of the company civile : the Moroccan Association of the human rights, Attac-Morocco, the National association of the graduates unemployed in Morocco (ANDCM), the movement of the women…

The first congress of the democratic Way was held July 16th, 17th and 18th 2004, whereas that of the youth of the democratic Way (" Chabibat Annahj Addimocrati") was held December 22nd, 23rd and 24th 2006.

The national secretary of Annahj Addimocrati is Abdellah El Harif.

Annahj Addimocrati is the only Moroccan political party which preached the boycotting of the legislative elections of September 2007.
