The central Eastern Alps
The the central Eastern Alps constitute a whole of the the Alps extending from the north of the Italy (Lombardy) and is Suisse (Canton of the Grisons) with all the length of the Austria (until in Styrie), while passing by the Liechtenstein. They are in the prolongation of the more high summits of the the Alps glaronaises and lépontines.
They different from the septentrional southernmost Préalpes Eastern and by their geological nature, namely that they are made up of crystalline rocks (Gneiss, Ardoise, locally of the Granite) and not of Sedimentary rocks. Their tops are also higher.
