Synopsis
The detective of charm of Miami, frivolous and carefree, is charged, with his associate Hal Rubin to find a treasure absorbed off Miami. At the time of their diving, it finds the body naked of an young woman, the feet sealed in cement. She had been assassinated before with a knife.
