Summary
Life is hard with the manor of Guillaume Black, hard lord of the Middle Ages. Especially when one is a young peasant like Jean, intended to undergo the law of a wild manager. But here is, the lord wants cosntruire a church to put his heart in peace. And there is no church without bells. Septime is saintier, founder of bell.
