Synopsis

Jules is put of availability after twelve years of good and faithful services at S.N.C.F.. Refusing this decision, it is firmly decided to meet the Minister for transport who must precisely inaugurate a new line with Lyon. Not being able it to approach, Jules, exceeded, takes as hostages the travellers of a rail-car.
