In this film ordered by BPI of the National center of art and culture Georges-Pompidou Luc Moullet describes through situations which oscillate between the serious one shifted and the Burlesque the modernization of the Bibliothèque S, the generalization of the media libraries and the various technical innovations which accompanies it.
