The Tuss

The Tuss is the pseudonym of Brian Tregaskin , artist English of Electronic music evolving/moving in a style braindance, alive in Cornouailles. Discovered initially on the advertisement of the exits on the site of http://www.rephlex.com/.

Above all, The Tuss was initially announced like a formed group of two French musicians, then finally as a pseudonym of Brian Tregaskin.
There were rumors saying that production companies of the discs like Planet Mu, XL Recordings, Record Makers and Ninjatune were allured. But this artist, thereafter, decided to sign with Rephlex Records for reasons of principle.

Confederation Trough EP , individual, left at Rephlex Records the April 30th 2007, joins together in all four pieces of varied styles of Electronica, Breakbeat, drum' low, Hardcore, Acid house…

Its exit sowed the disorder on the forums, the download locations of music, and even at Warp Records and the specialized press, of which the Quotidien of Information The Guardian . A majority of people are persuaded that The Tuss/Brian Tregaskin is new alias of Richard D. James known under the pseudonym of Aphex Twin or AFX. The sound of maximum-ep resembles enormously the series of the Analord (left in 2005), but there is not only the sound which makes think of him, the style also is well familié… Others think that it is about a name of the group formed by Richard D. James himself with like members Luke Vibert, Squarepusher, µ-ziq, Cylob…

Then, under the same pseudonym The Tuss , appears, on the small pocket at the time of its year of the exit of the album Rushup Edge the June 25th 2007, enigmatic the Karen Tregaskin .
S' does it act of a joke? Are Brian and Karen twins ( twin )?

But as the music is published by Chrysalis (the editor of choice of Richard D. James) and, appears it, than Richard would have well in his possession this Synthétiseur Yamaha GX1, instrument that few people have, and finally that the word Tuss means erection in slang of Cornouailles… Brian and Karen are not although only one person who hides behind them for balancing pieces in all peace well…
D'ailleurs, Richard D. James played of the extracts of these pieces of which Fredugolon 6 (resulting from individual the Confederation Trough EP ) and Synthacon 9 (resulting from the album Rushup Edge ) in Austria with the Snowbombing Festival with Mayrhofen and Rushup I Bank 12 (resulting from the album Rushup Edge ) in Italy with the Traffic Festival with Torino in 2005 with inter alia Polynomial-C (of the album Xylem Tubes EP ) (http://www.youtube.com/v/-G212r6ZWQM) These pages of MySpace: myspace/Brian Tregaskin, myspace/Karen Tregaskin and myspace/The Tuss are right false to make swell the rumor… They are the pages created by fans.
