The Tunic
the Tunic ( The Wraps ) is a American Péplum left in 1953. It is especially known to be the first film in Cinémascope of the history of the cinema.
Synopsis
Marcellus is a military Tribun Roman. Sent to Jerusalem, it directs the unit which puts at execution the Crucifixion of Jesus de Nazareth. After the setting with death, it gains with the dice the tunic which equipped it. It is then the prey of nightmares and terrors which carry out it at the edge of the madness and which will lead it to put questions about the man that it made put at death.
