The Trust (Prison Station-wagon)

the Trust or in original version, is a secret Organization fictitious evoked in the Feuilleton televised American Prison Station-wagon . The Trust is at the origin of the Conspiration which led Lincoln Burrows to being wrongfully marked to have killed Terrence Steadman, the brother of the vice-president of the United States.

With the wire of the episodes of the serial, we learn some more on nature from the Trust and its objectives.

Attention: what follows reveals the intrigue

The Trust is a secret grouping of Multinationale S known only of those which work for them and which act since at least the Cold war. He exerts his influence until in more the high authorities of the capacity to the White House, thus controlling all the decisions of the country. The Trust has as a main aim to seize the control of the economy of the nation and to establish a Nouvel world order.

It seeks to that point reach in particular via its influence on Caroline Reynolds, the Vice-présidente of the United States, to operate a seizure on the relative bill with energy. In addition, the Trust considers its agents as pawns which it has with its own way to achieve its goals.

Organization

The attempts implemented by the Trust to make control on the economy of the country pass, inter alia, by illegal transactions carried out by the means of Ecofield, the company of Terrence Steadman, the brother of Caroline Reynolds. When these operations are threatened to be revealed at the great day by an employee, the Trust will use the great ways to capture it. This man is in fact the father of the two heroes of the serial Michael Scofield and Lincoln Burrows: Aldo Burrows . To oblige it to leave clandestinity, the Trust uses the capacity of the vice-president Caroline Reynolds to obtain the inculpation of Lincoln Burrows for the murder of Terrence Steadman. Initially, the Trust preferred to follow a strategy of non-intervention in the conspiracy around died of Steadman, leaving it to Reynolds and his henchmen to occupy itself some. Thus, they were not immediately informed by Reynolds of the threat that Veronica Donovan constitutes, the lawyer of Lincoln Burrows. Only when its men failed to carry out their work, Reynolds hastened to prevent the organization which took the things in hand.

The Trust becomes increasingly anxious on the chances of Caroline Reynolds to gain the presidential election after its candidature started to fall in the surveys. When Caroline Reynolds loses the confidence of President Richard Mills, the Trust seeks to break its association with it. They are amazed when Reynolds causes the death of Millets (disguising it in heart attack) and lends oath as new President of the United States.

The Trust played an omnipresent part in hunting for the " Eight Fox To rivet " , by in particular charging the agent William Kim with carrying out the operations. Kim is in direct contact and permanent with the special agent of the FBI Alexander Mahone, the person in charge of hunting for the man. This one is victim of a blackmail on behalf of Kim and the Trust which secretly ordered to him to kill all the fugitive ones. Kim is also charged to cut any bond between Reynolds and Lincoln Burrows like her small lake Paul Kellerman. With the eyes of the organization, Kellerman is losing which is unfair and dangerous, that it preserves as much as there remains useful. To draw aside from Reynolds is the first stage of its elimination and the mysterious one, one of the leaders of the Trust, gives the order some time later to Kim to remove it.

Michael succeeds in making sing Caroline Reynolds by obliging it to grant to them the presidential pardon to him and Lincoln in exchange of a recording revealing the incestueuses relations which it entrenait with her brother. However, Kim reveals right to him before the press conference which the Trust is able to reveal its secrecies as easily as Michael. Ultimately, the President resigns herself to inform the press which she suffers from the malignant shape of cancer and which she must thus leave her station and give up the race with the presidency.

Secret agents

Samantha Brinker, interpreted by Michelle Forbes, is an important agent which is used as intermediary between the Trust, the CIA and the vice-president, Caroline Reynolds. After the death of the president Richard Millets, it is drawn aside by Reynolds. She does not appear in the second season and no information is given on what it to him is occurred.

Aldo Burrows, interpreted by Anthony Denison, is the father of Michael Scofield and Lincoln Burrows, which is the heroes of the serial. It left the Trust and tried to join together enough proof to destroy it. It is some time killed later by the agent of FBI, Alexander Mahone, which was forced to work for the Trust.

Quinn, interpreted by Michael Gaston, is an agent of the Trust, charged to detect the son and lawyers of Lincoln Burrows: L.J. Burrows, Veronica Donovan and Nick Savrinn. It is thorough in a well by L.J and left for died by Paul Kellerman and Daniel Hale which did not admit its interference.

Jane Philips, interpreted by Kristin Lehman, is an agent which left the Trust to join Aldo Burrows, in the hope to reverse the organization.

William Kim, interpreted by Reggie Lee, is an agent of the secret services which works for the unknown man, called out of the serial. It is cut down by Sara Tancredi in the last episode of the second season.

Anonymous secret agents

, interpreted by Steven Chester Prince, is an agent which works for William Kim and is charged to protect the place where Terrence Steadman is. It kills out of cold blood Veronica Donovan and tries to put in scene the suicide of Sara Tancredi. After having caused the accident of the son of Alexander Mahone, he is assassinated by this one.

( The man with the block-note ), interpreted by Leon Russom, is a general, one of the leaders of the Trust and the superior of the agent William Kim. When it communicates with him, it prefers to write on post-it. He speaks very little and only when he cannot be recorded.
