the Third World war ( World War III ) is a American Téléfilm of Policy-fiction in two parts, carried out by David Greene and Boris Sagal in 1982.

Synopsis

This telefilm puts in scene the premises of a world war between the the United States of America and the the USSR. Following a mission of parachutists of the Red Army sent in Alaska to destroy a Pipeline and which is confronted with a unit of the National guard of the United States in operation, the situation degenerates into a thermonuclear war.
