The System Has Failed

The System Has Failed is an album of the group Megadeth, published by the label Sanctuary Records in September 2004. Product by Jeff Balding and Dave Mustaine, mixed by Jeff Balding. Much saw there a return of the group towards its speed roots/thrash metal even if the turn is not as brutal as that of Metallica with its album St Anger .

The System Has Failed marks the reformation of the group, which had separated two years earlier. This album also sees the return of the guitarist Chris Poland (isolated of the group in 1987) who recorded several solos of guitar.
