The Street Montorgueil (Monet)
the Street Montorgueil is a table carried out by the impressionist painter Claude Monet the June 30th 1878, at the time of the festival of fence of the World Fair of the same year. The colors very sharp, just as the profusion of French flags, emphasize with force the festive atmosphere of this day.
The fabric is to be brought closer to the Street Mosnier with the flags , a table of Edouard Manet much more melancholic person but carried out over the same subject and the same day.
