The Stoke-one-Trent
the Stoke-one-Trent is a British city located formerly in the Staffordshire but which constitutes a unit authority since 1997. Its population is estimated at 260 000 inhabitants (agglomeration: 362 000 inhabitants). The city cuts out in several districts: the center town being Hanley, famous for its shopping mall: Pottery center; Peg wood; Longton; Newcastle-under-Lyme; Burslem; Tunstall; Stoke-upon-Strent. One counts approximately 14.000 students on the university campus. The city is very known for its pottery, formerly there were many factories.
The city lodges the clubs of Football of Stoke City FC and Port Vale FC.
