The Square

the Square is popular quarters of the center of Liege, limited by the boulevard of Sauvenière to north, and the street Pont of Avroy in the south.

In front of its name with its traditional fitting, the district is however one of oldest of Liege. The old post office (old " establishment; With the Lord of Amay") street of Amay, was one of the first built after the bag of Charles Bold the in 1468.

The streets of the Gold Pot, Saint-Adalbert, Saint-Jean-in-Isle, In Bergerue and Tête of-Ox constitute a tangle of lanes which make square a district with share. It is known per annum for its animation being practically spread out 365 days and 24 hours per day. Tens of Coffee S, Restaurant S, Cinema S and theaters, combined with the student's aspect of the city, ensure the district a quasi-permanent presence visitors.
