The Source (ballet)

the Source is a Ballet in 3 acts and 4 tables of Arthur Saint-Leon, on a booklet of Saint-Leon and Charles Nuitter, a music of Leon Minkus and Léo Delibes, represented for the first time the November 12th 1866 with the Opéra of Paris.

Among the main roles appear Louis Mérante and Jean Coralli.

Minkus composed acts I and III, while Delibes wrote act II.
