The Sentinel (newspaper)

the Sentinel was a revolutionary newspaper which served propaganda of Gironde.

Jean-Marie Roland financially supported the Sentinel , Jean-Baptiste Louvet was in charge of its publication. This newspaper appeared as newspaper-posts which was placarded on the walls. Pierre-Jean-Baptist Chaussard became one of the writers of the Sentinel.

Its date of its publication took place after the Journée of August 10th, 1792 when the Girondins were named with the capacity, it ceased appearing after their proscription (Journée of June 2nd, 1793).

The paper of the newspaper the Sentinel was of color pink and was approximately written characters.

In July 1795, it reappeared. With died of Jean-Baptiste Louvet, Pierre-Charles-Louis Baudin known as " of Ardennes" , François Daunou and other journalists and politicians took again his publication.
