History

Famous the Camembert cheese " Rustique" its existence must with the dairy of the Cop-on-Sarthe. After the First World War, Jules Mallet begins the activity from the dairy " EMA" ( E tablissements dairy M allet Condé, close ''' has ''' lençon) which had as a slogan: EMMA, the butter which you will like . The company will be reimplanted in a common neighbor, the commune of Pacé. The " Lutin" cheese dairy; will become " IDEVAL" company; , then " Cheese dairy Rich Mounts " (Group Sodiaal). Today, the Camembert cheese " Rustique" there is always manufactured following the example cheeses sold under the mark " Rich Mounts ".
