The Roundtable

the Roundtable is a Publisher French founded in 1944 by Roland Laudenbach and thus named by Jean Cocteau.

History

Today property of the group Gallimard (rehabilitation of the house in the group in 1996, after the first acquisition in 1958), the Roundtable was a long time an independent publisher, marked on the right by the personality of Roland Laudenbach in the years 1950 and 1960, in particular at the time of the Guerre of Algeria. Since 1992 the house is directed by Denis Tillinac.

The publisher has a catalog of approximately 6000 titles.
