The Rock of Hell
the Rock of Hell is a Montagne of Haute-Savoie, in the Massif of Chablais, which culminates with 2243,9 meters of altitude. It was called formerly the Cursed Mont .
Its name is not usurped, it is indeed a relatively dangerous place, and one counts every year of the accidents, sometimes mortals. That is explained by the geography of the place: The Rock of Hell is very stony, the slope is stiff and the narrow paths. When the weather is rainy, the stones become slipping, which increases the risk to unscrew. Moreover, per time of Storm, it is a sector which attracts particularly the flash S. Enfin, it is a place appreciated enough by the Vipère S. Autant of elements which explain and justify its name.
By adopting a responsible and careful attitude, the Rock of Hell allows interesting observations: Raptor S, Ibex S and Moufflon S, without counting the point of view on various solid masses neighborhood.
