The Reverend

Jimmy Sullivan (born under the name of James Owen Sullivan ) better known under the pseudonym The Rev ( The Reverend Tholomew Plague ) is the beater of the American formation punk-metal Avenged Sevenfold .

Biography

Born on February 10th, 1981, The Rev is expelled in 2nd year of the Catholic school which he attends in company of his friend Matthew Charles Sanders (Mr. Shadows) the singer of A7X . It grows with Huntington Beach, in California.

It has several projects of group of music other than Avenged Sevenfold in particular Pinkly Smooth (which it forms with Synyster Gates (guitarist of A7X)), in which it takes part as singer, and Suburban Legends , group of which it is the beater. Its common play not very, containing double pedal and of station-wagon on the toms, proves well that it is one of the best hopes of the modern battery.

Futilities

Two of its favorite groups is Rancid and Transplants.
Its influences are Vincent Paul (Pantera), Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater) like Dave Lombardo and Paul Bostaph (all two of Slayer ).
It was stopped 10 times by the police force for incidents such as brawls in bars.
As a beater it is financed by DW, Evans, Promark and Sabian.
