Summary
A pot full of gold was found by Euclion. It makes sentinel auprès, and worries and is tormented. Lyconide charms the honor with the girl of the old man. Mégadore the proposal without dowry, and, to urge Euclion to be agreed, it provides the feast with the cooks. Euclion trembles for its gold and will hide it out of at his place. The slave of the lover watched for it; he removes the pot. The young man brings it back, and Euclion gives him in reward its treasure and its daughter with the newborn.
