The Number off the Beast (republication)

The number off the beast is a disc of Iron Maiden. It is a republication published the January 3rd 2005 of a disc left in 1982 with the profit Clive Burr, old beater of the group at the time of the release of this first version.

This disc celebrates also the 25 years of the group with one of their greater successes.

Reached of a Multiple sclerosis, Iron Maiden gave for Clive Burr three concerts of charity to Brixton Academy in March 2002. The last was retransmis on Internet site of the group.

The republication is composed in fact of three versions.

  • Enhanced CD: with the original title of 1982, its live recovery, the title Hallowed Be thy name live, two vidéos (1982 and 2002) of The number off the beast.
  • the 45 turns The number off the beast + its live version of 2002, out of red vinyl.
  • the 33 turns Picture-disc with the two same titles, plus live Remember tomorrow of the original disc of 2002.
