The Newspaper of Rouen
the Newspaper of Rouen was a Journal regional newspaper of the French Written press , whose seat was with Rouen (Seine-Maritime). In 1785, the man of letters Parisian and friendly of Diderot, Jean-Baptiste de Milcent, takes again the Newspaper of Rouen . The twice-weekly one is transformed into daily newspaper five years later. With the Release, the Journal of Rouen becomes Normandy , then Paris-Normandy in 1947.
