the Mount is a common French, located in the department of the the Vosges and the area Lorraine.

Geography

The Mount is a locality of medium mountains, halfway between Senones and the Col of Hantz. It is sprinkled by the Bouchard , a left affluent of the Rabodeau. Its name is associated with a nipple sandy isolated - the Côte of the Mount - entirely included in the territory from the commune and culminating to 730 Mr.

History

Like the common neighbors, the Mount forms part until in 1793 of the Principauté of Salm.
