Synopsis
Married to Madeleine, Doctor Pierre Richard is called with the bedside of a young painter, Daniel Prévost, who has just tried to commit suicide by gas. By giving him first aid, he even discovers with his bedside the photograph of the dying man in company of Madeleine, tenderly intertwined… the evening, Pierre asks explanations his wife. Yes, she knew Daniel eight years earlier, during a festival given for the hundredth of a part of which she was the interpreter. Daniel insists that Madeleine divorces in order to marry it. But the young woman included/understood whereas she loved her husband and that its family life had importance for her enormously. This is why it broke. A telephone call comes to learn in Pierre that Daniel has just succumbed to the hospital. The night is completed, and with it this moment of truth during which Pierre and Madeleine clashed. This death go-you it to mark for them a rebirth?.
