Synopsis

In 1930 with Paris, Doctor Leon Galipeau is certain that Martinet, 59 years, is not two years old to live. It makes buy by his Emile brother the house of almost sexagenarian with Saint-Tropez in Viager, indexed on the course of the Aluminum.

But Martinet keeps good foot, good eye while the Galipeau family suffers from these payments which increase and do not finish any more.
