The Laughter (Bergson)
the Laughter: test on the significance of comic the is a work of the philosopher Henri Bergson writes in 1899. The book is composed of three articles (three chapters) which had previously been published in the Revue of Paris . Like Henri Bergson says it in his foreword of 1924, its test concentrates more exactly on “the laughter especially caused by the comic one”. The thesis defended in the work is that what causes the Rire is the plating of mechanics on the alive one. The laughter is regarded there as a punishment of the company towards the beings which deviate from the standard.
