History

The idea of this series comes from a character, named Chabot, that the humorist Mike Ward invented in the emission CNM in 2000. The character was included in the Mike Ward Show in 2004, accompanied by Poudy a character interpreted by the author of Mike, Martin Perizzolo.

The capsules putting in the high-speed motorboat the two characters are a so great success that MusiquePlus offers to the two humorists to give a whole emission to Poudy and Chabot. With Easter 2005 special one hour called Solidrok (the concept of the program being to bring back the late emission animated by Paul Sarazin) made big first and obtains a success through the young people from 13 to 21 years in spite of the references to the the Eighties taken along in the special one. The first season is born on May 4th, 2005 in preview (to test the dimensions of listening) and the following day in big first. The emission maintains its popularity and a season of eight episodes is diffused. The series is now at its second season and no advertisement was made for a third season.
