The Lamb , sometimes called island of Lamb or Lamb Island , is a small emerged rock located between the islands of Fidra and Craigleith in the Firth off Forth, off the south-eastern coast of the Scotland.

The Lamb belongs to the baronnie of Dirleton, but belongs to the baronnie of Fulwood Trust, with the islands of North Dog and South Dog.
