The very first scene of the first episode, heading rightly the free Armchair , sees celebrates it Al Capone sent in prison. Here where stops historical reality, because in the facts the Incorruptible ones were dissolved after the judgment of Capone. It followed however a bloody war opposing Jake " Greasy Thumb" Guzik and Frank " The Enforcer" Nitti for the control of the alcohol traffic in Chicago. The machine-guns never spit as much: the criminals were killed in their cars, at the exit of the bars, table at the restaurant, the whole describes thoroughly by a narration in gust of journalistic style.

In the middle of all that, there were Ness and its men who were given some to heart joy by smashing the illegal warehouses by means of armor-plated trucks and by demolishing the Alambic S with blow of masses. Inevitably, a duel opposed the higher criminals of number and the Incorruptible ones. It does not matter, the balls never reached the goods which emerged always victorious. The finished shooting, Ness contemplated the devastated scene and the many corpses and, without saying a word, rengainait its revolver.
