Synopsis
An small island of the Pacific. Two natives Marama and Terangi marry. At the time of a stopover in Tahiti, Terangi strikes a white man who insults it and is condemned to six months of prison. It tries to escape by twice and is condemned to 16 years of prison. A third escape will be the good one. A terrible hurricane devastates the small island where it took refuge. Terangi goes to the help of the population…
