The House of the memory

the House of the memory is a Belgian Film (turned in 35 mm) carried out in 1984 by Samy Pavel, according to a news of Albert Cossery.

Argument

Rahal remembers. He remembers his village in the middle of sands, the collapsing house which after a fashion shelters his/her mother, her two brothers, his sister and her grandmother. There is also the father, party for a long time to work in Europe and which makes only short appearances. This father who incarnates for Rahal the inaccessible dream of a different and remote life!

This film tells the contentions of a mountain community butts about it with the sordid intrigues of a proprétaire without scruple, with the increase in the rent, the walls of a house which constantly threat to collapse.
