the Hope Cyclist Saint-Etienne the Loire (ECSEL) is a club cyclist inhabitant of Saint-Etienne evolving/moving in championship of DN1. The club was created in 1991 with for objective the formation with young people of less than 18 years.
Il is today made up of several disciplines:

• the reserve team of L Team cyclist AG 2R Prévoyance since 1997.
• the stunt bike with the Saint-Etienne Stunt bike which has been a European club for two years.
• the council school of cycling which was the first school creates in France and which accommodates more than 3000 young people.

The equipment

The club evolves/moves in the park of the sports of Méons or a multitude equipment is present:

• a Cycle-racing track in the open air.
• a protected road track of one km.
• a track of Stunt bike.
• a course of VTT and cyclo cross-country race.
• More than 400 bicycles placed at the disposal of the bachelors.
