the Girl alone is a French film carried out by Benoît Jacquot and left in 1995.

Synopsis

Valerie (Virginia Ledoyen), who must take her service with the " room service" from a Parisian hotel, comes to announce with his/her Remi boyfriend who it is pregnant. He does not know how to react, it must leave. The film follows Valerie, of which the day is marked by the sometimes tended relations, sometimes sympathetic nerves with the new colleagues and the customers. She telephones her mother, will join Remi in a small pause. Finally, it makes a decision.

For its role in this film, Virginia Ledoyen accepted a nomination better most promising young actress with the César 1996.
